A macro economic slow gaze
It wasn't as if the New Year had crept up on me but each new year I feel a little slower to get started after the euphoric ushering in of another one. It was such a sunny start to the morning. I went out into the crisp January air, nearly slipped on the mossy deck and in between staggering back, managed to take two pictures. There is no great meaning attached to these images, just testing out my manual focusing skills without contact lenses. Happy New Year folks!
